Permit and Use Policy

The use of Utah International school buildings and grounds is granted pursuant to the Utah Civic Center statutes at UCAss53A-3-412 and 414.  Approval under this policy is a Permit under the Civic Center statutes and grants the charter school full legal immunity under the Governmental Immunity Act of Utah pursuant to s63G-7-301(5)(c).  The school may charge a fee for facility use to cover the cost of opening and maintaining the building.
