Hi! I’m Miguel Avilez. I love sports and teaching. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and I am a certified lifeguard. I speak both English and Spanish, and I teach at both the middle school and high school levels.

For me, sports are the ultimate universal language to teach teamwork and resilience. My biggest passion is football; I played the sport and was proud to be selected for the Chile National Football Team, an experience in discipline and strategy that I love passing down today when coaching youth teams.

Outside the classroom, I am always on the move, I enjoy camping, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors with my wife and three children.
